Apologies in advance for going over the TM30 reporting again but am after a copy of the requirements in Thai language. I have a great Thai landlord but he doesn’t believe me when I tell him the rules. His answer is that the tenant before me never did it. Not trying to make him lose face or anything but he needs to know the law is now being strictly observed
