Hi I'm returning to Australia from Phuket on 8th May ( Jetstar) are we still using the Paper Incoming Passenger Card or is there a Digital App..(im reading many things and confusing)Many Thanks

Answer summary

As of your flight date on May 8th, when returning to Australia from Phuket, you will still need to use a paper Incoming Passenger Card for customs declaration. Thailand's system will be moving to a digital format starting May 1st for arrivals, but Australia continues to utilize the paper cards.

Thailand has an online arrival system from may 1st. Australia are still doing the arrival cards (paper)that no one looks at for now. Different countries have different methods 😀
