Hello - maybe someone in the same boat or has been before. Feel free to message me personally if so šŸ™‚.

Iā€™m half Thai, born in the US. Have a Thai birth certificate only. Came to Thailand on a visa exemption right before all this Covid stuff started, as the Thai embassy told me Iā€™d be able to easily take my Thai birth certificate to the appropriate offices and get my ID cards and subsequently Thai passport. Of course, it wasnā€™t that easy, and I need some more stuff from the Thai embassy in the US, but now with Covid thatā€™s delayed.

In the meantime, does anyone know if a Thai birth certificate qualifies for certain visas - specifically Thai nationals returning home / visiting family visas. Thanks in advance.
