ORIGINAL POSTERHi I would have a question about how the fine tm 30 works. I had already had a room in jomtien chonbury with tm 30. I haven’t been out of Thailand in years. about a month ago I took another room in rayong with annual contract, the owner did not do the 30 tm.now I decided to leave the room of jomtien. If I go to the rayong immigration to make new tm 30 of the room in rayong and show the contract started already a month ago, do I have to pay the fine for delay? thanks
