Planning a round trip fly-out from Bangkok to Chiangmai then return back to Bangkok, does anyone know what is the requirement and procedure regarding Covid, and is there any quarantine required on the both places?

Can a foreign who currently staying in Bangkok, fully vaccinated, has long term visa, travel to ChiangMai via domestic flight during November 2021? Is there any needs for Quarantine and swap test for COVID-19. Thank you in advance for all of your comments and advices.
