My mother is here on a retirement visa. She just did her 90 days report in Pattaya as she lives there half of the year close to her friends. Half of the year she wants to spend near me in Bangkok.
Next month she will stay in my spare condo in Bangkok. I'm seriously confused about what the current regulations are and what both she as well as I should do...
* I think I need to file a TM30 when she arrives in my condo. Hopefully the online reporting for that works again by then.
Q1: When I filed the TM30 for here, should she still do something, and if systems are up, can it be done online or by mail?
Q2: Her current 90 day report is due June 1st. Can she send her 90 day paper report (issued by Chonburi Immigration) by mail to Chaengwattana? Should she report by then or immediately after she arrives at my condo?
Q3: If anything needs to be done in person (TM30, 90D), what is currently handled in CHW and what in MTT?
Anything important that I forgot to ask?
