Hi all

I'm an Australian citizen and arranging to register marriage with my Thai partner next month. Couple of questions:

1) I need to get my Certificate of No Impediment (CNI) translated into Thai - does anyone have any recommendations on where to do this?

2) Apart from the translated CNI (verified by the Consular Affairs in Klong Toey) and my passport, is there any other documents I need to prepare?

3) For my Partner, I understand she needs her Tabien Baan, Thai ID, and any evidence of a past marriage/name change - anything else I am missing?

4) Any recommendations on which District Office to use? I live closest to Yan Nawa, but I heard Bang Rak is good for these situations.

5) Based on a conversation I had with Bang Rak District Office, they said we need to come in to drop off the documents. Then, they will schedule a separate day for us to come in and complete the registration - anyone have experience with this, and does this process sound familiar?

Apologies if this has been asked before - if so, would greatly appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction.

Thanks!
