Short question. 2 friends applied for the Thailandpass, it's been about a week now. anyone know if certain browsers are better than others, or email like yahoo, gmail etc. or just patience? Thx js

My gf got in touch with the thai consular in bkk and asked why the delay in issuing thai pass for me , their response was too many people applying more than once , and seemingly thai consular only recognises certain email addresses , surely they shoukd of stated that at the beginning of the application form , before everybody started filling it in , hence the reason why so many are not receiving a confirmation email !!! And understandably they try again thinking they have filled something in incorrectly ,, it doesn’t take rocket science to inform applicants as to what email addresses are and are not recognised !!!!
