Hi everyone

I volunteer in Thailand with a foundation that teaches English. Some of my friends want to come and join but when they applied for the non immigrant o visa they’ve been told the policy changed 2 days ago and now they require a letter from the Thai government not the foundation chairman. Does anyone know if this is a new change or have any tips on how to get this letter.
