ORIGINAL POSTERCan somebody explain this? It says "E-Visa applicants are no longer required to submit passports and supporting documents in person at the Royal Thai Embassy/Consulate-General."
and in the application process it asks "Apply At" for Embasy or Consulate (image 2)
Do I have to go to the embassy or not? Also, I put Germany as an example, does it differ from nationality to nationality?
