Hi, In June I was in the process of applying for a Retiree non-imm OA visa through the Thai Embassy in London (by e-visa process). They required a doctor certificate to say I did not have Leprosy, Elephantosis, Syphilis stage 3, drug addiction. My doctor in Wales refused to do it, as it's not a service available from NHS and they dont have tome to do private work. Basically I couldn't find a doctor or travel clinic anywhere to do it. So I asked Thai Embassy how to proceed, and they said apply for 90 Day non-imm O and sort out the extension in Thailand.

So that's how I'm here, and now working through what I need for the 12 month extention. The London Embassy was clear on financial requirements. It was 65,000 Baht per month income OR 800,000 Baht in a bank (see pic). Now I am here, the requirement is equally clear that I must have BOTH 65k income AND 800k in a bank. There is no mention of a medical certificate at all.

Has anyone else come across this dilemma before? Is there any way of overcoming it?

Thanks for your help.
