Does anyone have recent experience of applying via RTE London for a Trailing Spouse to a OA Retirement husband?
On the RTE site it says, 'Evidence of adequate finance - An original bank statement which states bank contact information and equivalent amount of At least 400,000 Baht or equivalent) for the last 3 months.'
My question is can this be a Thai bank statement in my name rather than a statement in my wife's name?
