2 point question for you guys, I will arrive in Thailand mid Sept with my non O visa based on marriage from Thai embassy in London.

If I spend the 1st month in a rented villa, let's say Hua hin, can I assume The owner is responsible for TM30 ? Or am I best to report myself.

After a month I will move to Kalasin for a few months, where my wife's family live, can I assume, when I arrive, within 24hr I will have to complete a TM30 either online, a local police station or nearest immigration, but will I need TM28 change of address ?
