Applied for workcation as an employed remote worker.

Submitted: 28/01/26

Submitted: 02/02/26 (as had to wait for docs from the bank)

Approved: 03/02/26

Initial docs included:

- Cover letter (saying I’d stay in UK until visa received)

- Passport

- Recent passport style photo

- Statement showing over 500,000 TBH (not seasoned as transferred from savings account)

- Confirmation letter from bank of funds

- Work employment contract

- Flight E ticket

- Driving license (proof of location)

Further Documents Requested:

- Payslips for last 3 months

- Letter from employer supporting my decision

- HMRC tax document from April 2025

Further Documents Requested:

- 3 months bank statement showing income (as I get payed into a different current account to my daily spending / savings so income wasn’t shown on my original 3 months statement)
