Do I need to file a TM30 for my friends visiting Thailand on visa exemption?

Hi, 2 friends will be coming from HK on visa exemption to stay with me for 5 days.  Do I have to file in the TM30 for them?  If I don't, will be have problem at the immigration when they leave the country?
