I'm currently on a DTV and have been in Phuket since July. I'll be exiting next month, close to the 180 days I am allowed to stay here.

I am planning to fly to Singapore and I am wondering if it is necessary to stay a night before I return, or I can catch a flight on the same day back to Phuket.

Any advice is appreciated.

Hi all, has a gone got a DTV visa without having a long term rental but a 2/3 months hotel booking confirmation?

In the application procedure seems that hotel accommodation is also accepted.

Thanks in advance!

We have just been checking the immigration website for registering a friends property for TM30.

Yet it seems it is for business (which I assume is hotels)

I was looking for a section which required the blue book number of the house owner as well as her ID card.

Has anyone also looked into this?

We will be staying at my wife’s friends house and although I will complete the DTAC arrival card stating I will be staying there, she would have to complete the TM30 still?

I arrived in Thailand on 15 May and will depart on 12 August. Do I need to do the 90 day report?

If I decide to give up my non-o retirement visa, would I be able to extend it just for 30-60 days when the 12 months renewal date comes up? Let's say my annual 12 month extension date is on May 19th. Can I just go to immigration and just get an extension for 30 or 60 days?

I'm going to close my bank account and go back home. I just want to stay for an extra 30-60 days.

Quick question - is it possible to 'short term' extend a retirement visa for a couple of weeks like a tourist visa or is just a complete re-application?

Thanks.

What would be the recommended distance between 2 visa exemptions (60 days) so that there are no problems with the immigration officer at the airport?
