I arrived in Thailand on 15 May and will depart on 12 August. Do I need to do the 90 day report?

It's 89 days, at most 90 days, you can skip reporting

as I understand it, if you're in Thailand on Day #90, a 90 day report is required. The arrival day counts as Day #1. So you are correct, it's 90 days.

I've also heard if you're leaving on the 90th day it can be ignored. Oh well.
