A friend from India is here with his 15 day allowance. Can he fly out/fly back and get another 15 days? He says “someone” told him that he can only do this once a year but I can find no such restrictions anywhere. If it is possible can he fly out/in on the same day? Thank you.

itll be better if he does it the next day .. but he needs to fly in .. i remember land entry VOA .. was very questionable
