Indonesia stay permit (didn't do eVOA, specifically so I could get a physical stamp)

VOA payment receipt

hotel key card + sleeve with hotel address

selfie in front of hotel

Additional doc request: 3 months bank statements

I was slightly worried because the account I sent I only use for occasional cash savings (money is usually in the stock market) so it was empty on the 3rd month. I sent 6 months just to be safe + updated currency conversion.
