What supporting documents do I need for my visa application to Thailand while staying with my Dad in the UK?

I'm in the process of applying for a visa to come back to Thailand. But I'm stuck on a couple of supporting docs I need to add.

1. Residence permit? Can I use my passport. Never even heard of one.

2. Document indicating current residency? I'm currently staying with my Dad. So not sure what I'm supposed to add here.

Any help gratefully received as I can't find any help on their E-visa website.
