Hi everyone, I am currently on the initial 90-day Non-O visa (expiring March 24th) and am preparing for my first 1-year extension based on marriage. I am planning to walk in on February 25th and have a few questions:

1. Location: Can the 1-year extension for a Non-O (Thai spouse) be processed at Laksi IT Square (Level 3), or is it still strictly handled at Chaengwattana Building B?

2. Appointments: Is Chaengwattana currently allowing walk-ins for marriage extensions, or is the online booking system mandatory?

3. Photos: Are new couple photos (at home/together) required for the extension? We submitted some in late December for the 90-day visa—can we reuse those, or do they need to be fresh?

4. Stamp Timing: When I submit on Feb 25th, does the 30-day "under consideration" stamp start on the submission date (Feb 25), or does it extend from my existing expiry (March 24 to April 24)? I need to coordinate a business trip to Malaysia and want to ensure I get the timing right for my Re-entry Permit.

5. Financials (Seasoning): I deposited the 400k THB on Dec 25th. By Feb 25th (my walk-in date), it will have been in the account for exactly 2 months. Since my visa expires March 24th, will this 2-month seasoning be accepted for this *first* extension, or is there a move toward 3 months now?

Thanks in advance for any recent experiences or advice!
