I got the affirmation of freedom to marry stamped by the embassy, but I did not stamp the copy of the passport because I was told at the embassy that they were not sure if I needed it l. Yesterday, I tried to translate the documents into Thai, and I was told I had to come back to the embassy and get my passport certified.
