Hello, my wife is going to extend her non-o(spouse of thai husband). Few questions

1. We live in Bangkok, Should we go to Chaeng Whattana goverment building or IT Laski for this extension

2. The TM-30 was filed before the visa stamp was issued, we didn't move but do we need to file again?

3. Do I (thai husband) need to provide proof of income?

4. Any current document list available?

5. Visa expires Sept 26, is there a cutoff date for extending visa?

I’ve seen on posts/sites elsewhere that folks on long stay non-imm visas only need to file TM-30’s when they change their permanent address (as opposed to tourists who technically need to leave a trail wherever they stay). True or False?
