Would it be best to buy a laptop in Pattaya (Tukcom) or Bangkok, and if in Bangkok where? I was thinking maybe Bangkok, more sellers, more stock, more bargains. I did an AI search and the AI results are telling me Fortune Town Rama 9 and MBK. I've been to MBK a few years ago and all they pretty much had was phones.

Has anyone used pcpartpicker from here? I need to build two entry level desktops for my adoptees, and they need to be cheap (because I am poor). I thought I had an agreement with a local used shop, but the kid ghosted me as soon as he realized I wanted to actually know what parts were used.
