Do I need to download Thai Plus or Mor Chana apps to travel around Thailand?Answered

Hi, I'm in ASQ now forgot to download an app but no one asked for one, do I need one to travel around Thailand, either the Thai Plus or Mor Chana I think they are? Thanks.
