My work contract is with Philippine. I'm temporarily living in Thailand. Can I apply inside?

Can I apply from any other countries (not from my home county). What do I need for the prove of location?

Hi, need some advice on the following situation: my work permit will be cancelled on the 1st October. I was told by employer that if I want to keep staying in Thailand I just need to fly out the country before that date and return on a regular visa exemption 60 stamp. Is that so? Or maybe I can simply go for a border run to Cambodia? Not sure what is the optimal course of action here. Thank you 🙏

Hello, as the 45 day's tourist visa exempt did not get extended, we need to extend our visa as our flight was booked for a 90 day trip. We have already done a border run. What form do we need to fill in from the immigration website? Is it the extension of temporary stay in Thailand TM7? I'd like to get the forms filled out ahead of time and make sure we have everything we need for it. Thanks in advance to anyone who knows.

Hi, is it ok to land in Thailand with a normal 30 day visa but with a return flight that is after the 30 day duration? Will we encounter any issues at immigration? We are prepared to apply for the 60 day tourist visa but since we are short on time, is it ok to do so after clearing quarantine in BKK? Thank you all in advance.

Morning everyone! I arrived in Thailand from Spain on a visa exempt (arrival Dec 8th, expires on Jan 6th).

Am I allowed to FIRST get a 30-day extension (which would be valid until around Feb 5th), and in the meantime apply for the Covid Extension (which I understand is on until Jan 25th)?

Meaning, I would get the 30-day extension until Feb 5th, and Covid extension until April 5th?

Hi, I’m from the U.S. and I’m currently in Thailand on a 30-day visa exempt and I’m looking to get an extension for as long as possible as a tourist. The person where I’m staying tried to file online for me to verify my accommodations. It failed so he wrote a nice letter and supplied proof of online failure.

After waiting in line yesterday I showed the letter and my other information to someone at immigration. They handed me two additional forms and said, “come back tomorrow.”

One form was an application for the extension, no problem. The other form says “NOTIFICATION FORM FOR HOUSE-MASTER, OWNER OR THE POSSESSOR OF THE RESIDENCE WHERE ALIEN HAS STAYED”

Can I fill out this form myself with the information from the letter I first received from the clerk of the hotel? He is not around to do so. It has a place for a signature and I don’t want to mess anything up.

I want to stay in Thailand for 4 months but the insurance options are 3 months and then 6 months? I want a insurance policy for my actual time in Thailand. Any suggestions? The difference from 3 months to 6 months is quite significant?
