HI, 

I'm traveling around Europe, currently in Finnland and plan with my family to go to Thailand in Nov. 

Would need to apply for the DTV, but don't have a residency in no country. What would be your next steps?

You can just go without a visa and get 60 days, which you can extend for another 90 days.

And if you apply for the DTV, just write your home country as your residence.

Why would you "need" too? How long are you planning on staying in thailand and what passport do you hold?
