* Request for further document: 11AM on 14 July

* Resubmit : 3AM on 16 July

* Approval : 9:30 AM on 17 July

Nationality: Taiwan

1. Visa Application Form ( Thailand tourist visa form )

2. Self-Introduction for personal experiences

3. Passport Cover, Biodata and visa pages

4. Personal Bank Passbook Cover

5. Bank Statemnet for 6 months, over 500K Baht in 3 months, and highligt my income

6. Romote Work Statement

7. Business Certificate in Taiwan

8. Company Passbook Cover, Client Contract, Invoice

9. Freelance Contract, Freelance Invoice

10. Portfolio Showcase about my work

Further documents:

1. Personal contract with company

2. Salary income statement from company , because I provided the other bank account at first.

3. Clearer pictures showing my work, because the screenshot I uploaded first had too small text and was blurry after PDF compression

I made a catalogue for fast viewing because I provided 70 pages of PDF.
