I have already left my home country . Can I enter on a tourist visa and then apply in Thailand for the retirement visa ?

Will it be possible to get the tax number as soon as I get the retirement visa or will I need to wait six months ?

Docs asked:

- passport & visa

- driving licence

- landlord blue book and ID with signature

- rental contract

- employment contract / must be stated clearly that you can work in Thailand

- Tax Number
