Update for Vientiane, trip in July, next trip Sun 22nd , than Wed 25th (Friday no holiday at Thai Embassy in Vientiane) and Mon 30th. Thank you. For South African who came with a Tourist Visa from their country and had some hand written notes on their visa will not get any Visa in Vientiane.
