Hello all I've a type o marriage visa getting ready to retire next year or so,visa runs out in June if I have 400,000 baht in my thai bank can I extend here at rayong ampur office or do I need to renew in the uk.and what docs do I need please

Hi I have 2 questions on the 90 day reporting requirement on my retirement visa:

1) What do I need to bring to immigration (passport, etc) if I report in person?

2) Can I do the reporting online and if so, please send the link?

Rules about TM30. The owner of my condo says she doesn't have to register me again when I return from traveling abroad and in Thailand. I thought she has to. How do the rules actually looks like?

I'm from Australia and we get 30 day visa exemption however my question is:

If I decide to stay a bit longer while there what length of days can I request to extend by 15, 30 or 60? There is so many different suggestions thought I would ask the experts in this group.
