Hello! I am German living in Bangkok, came in to Thailand with a 30 day Visa Exemption. I am changing my Visa to Non-O following Thai husband. My question is do I go to Chaeng Wattana or IT Square Laksi. It is not mentioned clearly on their appointment booking site.

Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A German expat in Bangkok, currently on a 30-day Visa Exemption, is seeking guidance on where to apply for a Non-O visa due to a Thai marriage. The advice suggests visiting the Chaengwattana Immigration office for the visa change, unless the current entry stamp is less than 15 days, in which case the IT Square Laksi office should be visited first for a 30-day extension.

You want to apply for a "changing type of visa", so you are going to go to Chaengwattana Immigration office, Government Complex Building B.

BUT, if your current entry stamp remains less than 15 days, you need to go to IT Square Laksi Plaza temporary office first to apply for 30 days tourism extension so that you can have enough days remaining to be able to apply for an in-country initial Non-O visa at CW.

Check your current stamp, then you will see where you should go.

You want to make an appointment on this.
