Hi, I've been reading that some immigration offices can not issue a 1st time Non - Immi 'O' visa's, & are only able to handle renewals , extentions & 90 day reports. In Hua Hin can someone tell me which office can issue a 1st time Non-Immi O visa? Thanks

Who said the Hua Hin Office can't issue 90 day Non-Immigrant visas?

Did you stop in there and check with them?

You can not go to a Immigration Office of your choose. You must go to the Immigration Office covering the area where you live.

On-Line search for Pratchuap Kirikhan office brings up Dan Singkorn which also shows no new visas issued.
