TLDR : Answer Summary
You must use the immigration office that serves your official residence's location for visa matters. If your TM30 is filed in Pattaya, you should go to the Jomtien immigration office, which services the Pattaya area. However, some have mentioned that the Si Racha office may be less crowded, potentially allowing for faster service.

You need to go to the Immigration Office that serves your area, Jomtiem serves Pattaya if I'm not mistaken.

You use the immigration office where you live and where your TM30 is filed. If thatโ€™s Pattaya then you use the Jomtien immigration office.

Ok. Perhaps so then. All I ever see is posts from people in Pattaya using Jomtien.
