What should I do if I lost my appointment slip for my 90-day report in Thailand?Answered

Hey all. I lost my appontment slip for 90 day report. What should i do next. I dont need to do one entill mid jan. I would also prefer to do it online but i only got it to work one time out of 5 lol and sugestions
