My question revolves around how to do my 90-day report whilst I'm not in the province where I normally reside.

I've been unable to complete an online 90-day report for a number of months. The report is due 7 days from now.

I normally live in Samut Sakhon, but have been in Phuket for a number of weeks already, and would like to stay here for a few months more, due to covid, but would still like to return to Samut Sakhon eventually.

I still pay rent back in Samut Sakhon, plus I now pay a monthly rental at a hotel in Phuket. I didn't sign a lease with the hotel, but did get a receipt saying that I paid to stay for a month.

When I went to Phuket Immigration yesterday with regard to my 90 day report, Immigration said that the only way I could do my 90-day report is if I get a number of documents from the hotel in order to register my address in Phuket. These documents include a copy of the owner's ID card, a copy of the registration for the house, a copy of the rental contract etc.

However, a friend told me that a simple TM30 should suffice, which apparently is an online form that the hotel would need to complete.

What would be the easiest way to solve this? I just want to have my 90-day report done the easiest way and without complications.
