What providers issue confirmed e-tickets on refundable tickets for Thailand visas?Answered

ISSA Compass again.. this time they demand a confirmed e-ticket instead of itinerary. Any providers that’ll issue an e-ticket (not confirmation) on a refundable ticket please? 😵‍💫
