Do I need to notify immigration about my 90-day report before leaving Thailand if I will be re-entering later?Answered

I have to do my 90 days notification on 25 of June. But on 10 of June I will go out of Thailand ( with re entry visa), and come back in September. Do I Need to advise the immigration before to go ?
