TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires whether they need to notify immigration about their 90-day report before leaving Thailand since they will be re-entering later with a re-entry visa. A comment confirms that it is not necessary to complete the 90-day report prior to leaving, as the requirement will reset upon re-entry.

nope, you just leave, you're fine. don't even bother with the 90 day report due at the end of June, when you come back your NEXT 90 day report will be due 89 days from the date you stamp back into thailand.

(take the 90 day report receipt OUT of your passport when you go to stamp out)
