Hi. Quick advice please.

I have a Non-O 12 month visa. In the past I have done trailing spouse but I wasn’t in Thailand during my husbands extension this year so had to start again.

Question: does it matter when I go for trailing spouse extension? I.e. my non-O with 90 day stamps actually does work for me right up to his next OA renewal in March2023 (my Non-O is valid til June 2023). So can I wait until March when he renews and THEN get trailing spouse?

Figured if that works then no point spending the 1900 plus multi reentry for this next few months.

Reason for needing trailing spouse is my husband and I live here (both retired) and I generally do not leave every 90 days. I don’t want to miss the chance to have trailing spouse and then have to go to home country to start a non O again at some point in the future.
