TLDR : Answer Summary
To process your marriage visa extension, you must attend your 90-day reporting on January 25. After that, you can start gathering the necessary documents for your visa extension one month before your visa expires on March 6. Required documents typically include your marriage certificate, updated bank statements showing at least 400,000 baht, ID photos, and proof of your residence (blue book, map of home location, etc.). It is advisable to ask for the specific requirements when you report on January 25 since they can vary by immigration office.

One month before March 6, you can submit for extension of stay for another 365 days. In my place they require 2 sets of documents. Not sure about other places. You need ID photos as you need to stick the photo to your application form. The photo size can be seen on Immigration website. I can’t remember.

, I have the photos taken in advance near my home because the Immigration Office here is not close to any shop like that. It’s time wasting if I need to go out for the photos when it’s our turn to submit the documents. My husband will scream 5555 LOL 😂 He can’t stand waiting.

Everything you used last year you need this year, with just updated bank letters, and updated/new pictures. Everything else is the same. I hope you saved copies of it all. Another thing. Anytime you go to immigration concerning your visa extension always take your wife with you, or they will not help you.

You can do the 90 day report 2 weeks before the due date if you wish.

You need the same thing you needed last year. Each year is a brand new application for a new extension. But requirements may change from year to year and are different office to office.

When you are at the office for your 90 day report, ask them for the handout of the requirements for a marriage extension.

It may vary from office to office but I needed photos together at home and one showing house number, map of house location .

Blue book, marriage certificate, kor ror 2, bank statement and letter showing 400K

You may as well do it on the 25th when you do your report, you might be given an under consideration stamp for 30 days

Then you go back when it's ready

As my wife and I always say 'one more document' 🙏

immigration may insist that your bankbook should show activities (withdrawal etc.) 3 months before you apply.

I was last time. If they were no transactions, I would have needed one more letter from bank.
