on top of that i need to bring a copy of the bank book ?

do i need to do a random transaction in the bankbook and update it before i go there so they can see its recent ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To successfully complete your first yearly extension by marriage in Thailand, you will need to provide a bank letter confirming the presence of 400,000 THB in your account for over 2 months. It is advisable to bring a copy of your bank book as well. A recent transaction and an updated bank book showing current activity may strengthen your application. The bank letter should ideally be no older than 1 month.
