What documents are required for a one-year extension of a Non-Immigrant 'O' visa based on marriage in Jomtien?
Hello everyone, does anyone have a current list from immigration in Jomtien of the required documents needed for the non-immigrant "O" - based on marriage, one year extension? I am arriving in two weeks with my 90 day non-immigrant "O" visa and want to preview what I will need to begin obtaining. Thank you in advance

This list is NOT Jomtien specific, you will need to have the 400K baht in a thai bank account in your name for 2 months before you apply for the year extension.
Post on a Pattaya F/B group and ask,

it can reek of what ever you want it to, but remember THEY control whether you get the stamp or not. AND
to be completely honest, if I was a mid-level passport stamping, paper pushing immigration officer having to deal with the half wit foreigners who parade thru the office every day thinking somehow they're "owed" OR "entitled" to an extension, I'd probably bite my own veins out 🙁
The stuff I've heard foreigners say to immigrations officers makes me ashamed to be another foreigner here 🙁
