Hi everyone, looking for advice about getting a child dependent visa.

My daughter is 1, born in Thailand (not Thai). My visa supplied by an international school. Was advised that we didn't need a visa for her as she cannot overstay but the last time we entered we were held up for half an hour and told very sternly by immigration that we must sort out her visa. Apparently she cannot have certain types of visa as she is under 3.

Is there any way of doing this from inside Thailand and we're about nervous about getting back in again! Also the visas my work have suggested are only valid 90 days so don't seem like a straightforward option if we need to keep leaving to renew them.

Non-B Visa + PR question

My Non-B visa expires on 29th May (my child is a dependent on my visa). I will be going to hand in my PR application this week. From my understanding, I will have 6 month stamp until my PR status is approved. Do I still need to renew my Non-B visa? What abt my child? Will she get the dependent stamp of 6 months as well?

Hi everyone, I've reached out to the Thai Consulate General in New York and spoke to a live person last month, today the phone extension for visa applications says the mailbox is full, perhaps I'll try later in the day or another day this week when they've had time to clear out the mailbox.. But my question is, if applying for the DTV visa from the States does one need to provide prove of health insurance for the DTV visa application? I have US health insurance, but will be joining my son and granddaughter on a family health insurance plan once I get to Thailand.. My son and granddaughter don't have Thai health insurance in place yet as they are waiting for me to arrive, and my son is not returning to Thailand until 1st week of June.. An AI Google search says, yes, you have to have insurance in place, but that's not really an official answer, so I will follow up and keep trying to reach someone at the Consulate General in NY in the meantime to get the right answer.. I just thought someone here may know if you need to provide proof of health insurance when applying for the DTV visa from the US..

TDAC Application

On the application I don't see South Korea listed in the Country of Boarding drop down section, only North Korea.

What am I missing?
