I looked into it, my wife got diagnosed with breast cancer 3 years ago. She’s through treatment etc, and clear now. Always in the back of my mind not just for the visa. I have a work permit, can easily be changed over to non b visa. Obviously want my wife to be here for the foreseeable. 😂

If your wife dies, your visa runs to expiry and you need a new reason for a visa. Divorce your visa finishes the day you divorce.

If her kids aren’t yours then no way to get a visa for that reason.

I already know 2 people that have got it. It’s about making sure work permits and visas are renewed on time. 1 day over the time starts again.

I have all 3, there’s a few other items like donations charity. Before you apply 3 years track record of donations to charity mom 5,000 baht a year, is the number. I’m trying to get the wp up. Also no breaks not one day. Otherwise you start again on the 3 years. Once your under application can’t break either.

3 years wp and 3 years married to thai visa. You need to get 50 points out of 100.

Need yellow book for 5 years also.

If you have a half half child only need to be married 1 year, but still need wp 3 years.
