18 years ago I transferred 800,000 baht to Thailand from Australia so I could get Non O-A visa for retirement. During my time in LOS I have bought and sold four houses, all at significant losses. How can I now prove that the funds in my account are from outside this country ? I want to change my visa from Non O-A to Non O. In order to avoid the huge insurance premiums for a 77 year old single man.

Question ? You say you have O-A visa and health insurance. Is your health insurance as per the current requirement for one year extension ? You have the required letter from your insurance company ?

Depending on your age. If over 70 I would not recommend Aetna. Far too expensive for a retiree living in Thailand.
