Varies by embassy, but a letter from HR showing that you can work remotely from Thailand, your job offer letter or some letter confirming you work there. Some embassies want to see paychecks / invoices and then see the related deposits in your bank account. A few embassies require more details on your employer- registration paperwork, etc.
