and I have been taking Thai classes, because I really do want to learn the language. If they were to quiz me, I would be able to speak at least some Thai.

enjoy. But don't cancel any appointments. Errr when was the last time you cancelled an appointment? :O! I was at the appointment page today, and it had a message about a 10 day penalty or something like that for cancelled appointments if you want to rebook. listed under the 'my appointments' page is this message:

they definitely need to improve their system. it is a piece of crap, pardon my word there. When this first came out 3 months back, It took me 5 or so attempts (all on different days) to finally get in the system and book an appointment. And if you were to ask me how I did it then as opposed to the other times I was unable to, I would have to say it was just luck. I did the exact same thing I did the other times. Only it worked the 5th time. The other times, I got some error message like what the OP has been getting. very irritating.

you can go whenever you like, as long as it is before the expiration date. (Well, you could probably go then, too, but have complications with overstay).
