What are the common issues faced when trying to log in for booking appointments related to Laos?
Is anybody else having problems logging in to make an appointment to Laos? Iv signed up and followed everything, it keeps telling me it’s either suspended or doesn’t exists 😳

they definitely need to improve their system. it is a piece of crap, pardon my word there. When this first came out 3 months back, It took me 5 or so attempts (all on different days) to finally get in the system and book an appointment. And if you were to ask me how I did it then as opposed to the other times I was unable to, I would have to say it was just luck. I did the exact same thing I did the other times. Only it worked the 5th time. The other times, I got some error message like what the OP has been getting. very irritating.

enjoy. But don't cancel any appointments. Errr when was the last time you cancelled an appointment? :O! I was at the appointment page today, and it had a message about a 10 day penalty or something like that for cancelled appointments if you want to rebook. listed under the 'my appointments' page is this message:

I must have golden fingers or being a computer wizzard. I made an account directly after it became public. I log in every few days to tell the next available slots, I make appointments and I cancel them and it all still works perfect for me.

sometimes if you choose the "forgot password" option you can get it to reset

Send them an email and have them cancel your profile. Then create new account. I had to do this for my wife and they were quick and helpful.

I had to make my email all lowercase letters to log in the other day, wouldn’t let me otherwise
