You shouldn’t have a problem doing your SETV. If you have a condo that you rent for the duration of your SETV (60 days) then it’s fine, but if it’s a long term rental as for a year, then I would suggest you not to mention that as you are supposed to be a tourist on a tourist visa and not someone planning to stay in the country for more than your visa application. Avoid all kind of suspicions as said in my post.
I know but as they are so many schools in Bangkok, getting a short review on which ones are the best will allow me to avoid to get sit on 100 of them ;-)
They are asking for all proofs now, check my last post about Penang as I just came back from there. And no need anymore of using any agent as you have to show up yourself at the consulate unless you don't know how to print a bank statement, onward ticket and hotel booking.
Now you have to show up yourself at the consulate so unless you don't know how to make a bank statement, hotel booking and flight onward by yourself, there is no more meaning to use an agency.
